Special application environment of pavement in tunnels demand that the pavement not only have common cement concrete pavement advantages in construction,waterproof,fireproofing security,durability,but also have riding comfort.Exploring a low elastic modulus and high toughness flexible cement concrete pavement materials,have abroad applied field.A single factor and an orthogonal experimental method is adopted to optimize the mix proportion of rubberized lightweight aggregate concrete(RLC),in order to decrease the elastic modulus on the premise of necessary strength.Simultaneity, researched the interface between aggregates and handened cement paste and pore structure by the micro-hardness test,polarizing microscope image analysis and SEM images.Based on the systematic study on the mechanical performance, pavement performance and microstructure of RLC,the relation among the constituents,structure and performance of RLC and the joint effects are investigated.According to the above research results,the following conclusions can be obtained:1.The optimize mix proportion parameter are:sand ratio is 35%,W/C is 0.4, the mix amount of rubber particles is 150kg/m~3,polymer-cement ratio is 2%.RLC with compressive strength of 16.5MPa,tensile strength of 2.74 MPa,elastic modulus of 12.4 GPa was producted.It has low shrinkage,high toughness and good durability as well.2.In the system of lightweight aggregate concrete,the incorporation of rubber particles could increase the porosity of handened cement,deteriorate the interface between cement paste and shale ceramsite,as well as cement paste and rubber particle.So the strength of concrete decreased sharply,the dry shrinkage was deteriorated and the toughness and abrasion resistance was improved obviously.3.In the system of RLC,the incorporation of carboxylated styrenebutadiene latex could improve the interface between cement paste and shale ceramsite,but deteriorate cement paste and rubber particle,and fill the harmful pores in concrete and increase compactness of concrete,which attributed to the improvement strength of RLC,and reduced the dry shrinkage of it.However,a slightly decline of toughness and abrasion resistance was happen.
