This paper discusses mounting system as a vibration isolation system of modern heavy goods vehicles is an important part of its composition and working principles and components were given the initiative / semi-active suspension characteristics.By comparing conventional control and fuzzy control of the characteristics of that choice of fuzzy control as a semi-active suspension control strategy.Then on the basis of the different components of the characteristics of isolation and explained in detail the characteristics of air spring,and then put on the air to spring for the overhang of heavy goods vehicles cab overhang fuzzy control system.With the need to study,use of multi-body overhang of the vehicle dynamics model system to simplify and integrate the theory of vibration and related standards in ADAMS in the corresponding heavy goods vehicle driver's cab overhang of the evaluation standard model with a match.A brief introduction of different methods to establish the road spectrum,taking account of non-linear variation of air-spring,we use cab displacement and acceleration as the input data to build the fuzzy controller model based on MATLAB/Simulink and build frequency spectrum of Road Level B and C according to China Standard(GB/T 920-2002)in Simulink.Carry the union simulation with ADAMS.Then GA with a new local improvement mechanism is applied for generating fuzzy logic controllers(FLC).We first use GA to optimize fuzzy control rule set to get fine control rule,then build a self-adaptive FLC,optimize membership function online by GA.Through the MATLAB / Simulink environment in front of the white noise on the road spectrum,and different terrain genetic algorithm optimization of the fuzzy controller(GA-FLC)to optimize the operation of certification after the fuzzy controller relatively simple and basic fuzzy controller And passive control of the mounting system,based on heavy goods vehicle driver's cab to mount air control system to provide outstanding performance,so that goods vehicles traveling to different speeds in different road when running on the road can be a good adaptability to air hanging Attenuation cab home in response to a good degree of control effectiveness,effectively enhance the cab of the ability to further optimize the isolation of the heavy goods vehicles traveling in the comfort.Finally,this research work on a summary,this study not only for the design staff of the Research and fuzzy controller designed to provide a reference and basis and fuzzy controller in the modeling and optimization of the design,such as providing a viable specific routes And the next phase of work on the prospect.
