A large-scale Horizontal Axis Wind Turbine(HAWT)whose rotor suffers from extremely complex wind load is operated in the natural environment. The load calculation and intensity analysis of the wind turbine design is a very important base. Judging from the current status of the numerical simulation, the intensity-stress analysis of HAWT operated under inertia force and aerodynamic load is the subject of widespread concerned both at home and abroad.Because of the complexity of the problem, the intensity stress distribution of rotor is not clear enough, especially in the upper and lower blades' stress concentration regions.Research methods and programs, and many other aspects have yet to be further improved. This paper studies the wind turbine blades and wheel static stress distribution, vibration characteristics and transient dynamic characteristics. The result indicates that:1)With an uneven distribution of the stress wind turbine components, different structural parameters often cause changes in the distribution of stress on it;2)Stiffening effects is just rotating blade with the elastic deformation of the mutual influence results, with natural frequency of blade speed increase;3)The vibration frequency of the wheels significantly reduced, for the rotating blades and the elastic wheels are a coupled system, and the mutual influence among the blades' deformation;4)Stress changes in the magnitude and extent of deformation can be reduced with the application of blades made by light and high-intensity material;5)Considering the impact of transient loads, wind turbine blades stress alter greatly with the rolling speed increased, and decreases with the time of this progress increases;6)Considering the impact of cyclical loads, the stress distribution on the blades shows cyclical changes.Under the influence of wind shear stress and tower shadow cycles are T with the same wind turbine rotating cycle except gravitational effect. The results of research can offer some information to the HAWT blade's design and the performance improvement.
