Research On The Fault Diagnosis Applicaton Of The Resonance Demodulation Based On The Complex Wavelet

In recent years, fault diagnosis technology has attracted increasing attention.among components of revoving machine,rolling element bearings are the most effecting parts to performance of machinical system.so,it is focus to fault diagnosis technology of rolling element bearings nowadays.Allusion to ordinary fault diagnosis technology of rolling element bearings -the resonance demodulation,this paper introduces new methods of using the complex wavelet into the resonance demodulation technology ,for the purpose of improving performance of narrow-band filter and envelope demodulation in the process of it.and so , it can be diagnosed effectively to rolling element bearing fault ,the resonance demodulation based on the complex wavelets have been made simple and practical in order to strengthen more important role of nowadays.as follows,narrow-band filter property of harmonic wavelet packet and demodulation algorithm of Morlet wavelet were introduced into the resonance demodulation separately,simultaneously this method is feasible and ascendant from emulational signal.Firstly, fault mechanism and formation of the rolling element bearing was analysed in this paper, and vibration relevant with it was done.secondly,from theory of the resonance demodulation ,it is indicated that the resonance demodulation make it effective to fault diagnose in early moment.Finally,in order to simulate the single rolling element bearing fault ,we constituted the fault diagnosis system to it in the experiment.the satisfying results were gained by means of detecting and diagnosing successfully the several typical faults coming from the rolling element bearing.
