With the development of transport, the stability of goaf as the adverse geological expressway construction has been an increasingly prominent problem. Therefore, research on stability evaluation of bridge and tunnel with underlying goaf, it is extremely important theoretical and practical application value for treatment of goaf, layout of structures at the top of goaf, deformation of structural design and so on. However, at home and abroad, the stability evaluation of roadbed of expressway with underlying goaf and its foundation of structure is still in development stages. Its theoretical basis and research means have to be further improved. This paper takes geologic condition of Lishi-Jundu expressway with underlying goaf as the physical model of background design. From this experiment, we study the laws of development of "three bands" and cracks and evaluate the stability of foundation. Based on them, reasonable scheme is used for further treatment project scope and methods.The experiment is divided into two phases. In the first phrase, from simulating of the course of mining subsidence, we study rules of development of "three bands" and cracks. In the second phase, after the mining subsidence is gradually stable, we apply constant proportional load to different locations of subsiding basin and study the stability of foundation. We lay the observing points in multiplayer and observe them from the whole sections of model.It is a new problem that evaluation of the foundation stability with goaf and judgment of the range of foundation treatment. At present, there is no perfect theory at home and abroad. This paper adopts the experiment of analog simulation to study the stability of the building foundation with goaf. It is positive meaning to enriching the theory of the each and guiding the practice of engineering. This paper will guide construction and application of the foundation projects of old goaf.
