Dye-Sensitized Nanocrystalline Photovoltaic Solar Cells is a sort of solar installation with high promising.It has virtue of simple configuration, low cost,and easy to produce.It has a thick skin with variety of light inte nsity and temperature,high efficiency of light-to-electric energy conversion, excellent light stability,no pollution to environment.It has brought broad a ttention since it being published in 1991.How to achieve higher efficiency of light-to-electric energy conversion and prolong whole cells use life be came the focus issue at all times.This paper focus on different method to preparation Nano-sized TiO2 thin films.The morphology and structure of the films were analyzed by X RD and SEM.The effects of different dispersants on the film were comp ared and analyzed.We have achieved a higher Vocand Iscwith the thin f ilms application on dye-sensitized solar cells.The dye-sensitized solar cell s with the films prepared by Isopropyl alcohol as dispersant and polyethy glycol600 as additive have achieved a better outcome,whose Vocup to 0.66V,and Iscup to 8.143mA/cm2.We have compared the output of the Dy e-Sensitized Cells with the method of sol-gel,electrophoretic deposition,an d sol-gel combining electrophoretic deposition.The cells with the films pr epared by sol-gel combining electrophoresis have achieved a better outcom e,whose Vocup to 0.7V,and Iscup to 12.59mA/cm2,FF up to 0.55 and ef ficiency up to 3.14%,which far higher than sol-gel and electrophoresis.
