Power flow calculation is the most basic and important calculation in power system analysis, is also the foundation of power system operating, planning and security, reliability and optimization.Firstly, this paper analyzes the physical truth of the operating power system, the algorithm of control power flow is studied, which follows the operating rule of generators and considering the strict relativity of electric variables in power grid, different from the algorithm of programming power flow that condition is given.For describing the control action and characteristic of power system more exactly, this thesis uses power injecting buses in networks equation for breakthrough point, combines control action of power system with steady-state power flow analysis, considers active power-frequency and reactive power-voltage static characteristics of generator units, builds up the steady-state control power flow model considering static characteristics of AGC units. For reducing calculation of control power flow considering control action of AGC units, using partition and matrix inversion in iterated operation considering the effect of the static characteristics of AGC units upon Jacbian is sparse and regular. It has been tested by academe of IEEE5 buses system and New England 10 generators 39 buses system not only, but also tested by two islands from academe of electric 22 buses system divided to get the power flow of island according with operating fact of Postfault Power Flow. Then sets new value to control variables of generator, to simulate the secondary frequency modulation of power system and get satisfactory results.
