The breeze vibrations on over-head transmission line was one of the major harmfulness about the vibration on transmission line, which threat the safety of the transmission line seriously, and more and more professional and technical workers began to study on it.At first, this paper introduced some studies of the current domestic and international situation about the theory of breeze vibration and anti-vibration. Secondly, described the basic theory of breeze vibration on the transmission line, including the reasons, characteristics and impact factors of the breeze vibration. Furthermore, briefly derived the wave equation of vibration. Then, some anti-vibration measures and devices was introduced briefly, and raise a thinking of electromagnetic anti-vibration.The main content of this paper is to established the mathematical model of the vibration system. Especially, the electromagnetic damper-head's model of the real movement was established, by applying the Hamilton principle in the general theory of mechanics. Moreover, achieved the main design parameters similar expressions by applying the harmonic method, and raised a part-frequency harmonics method on the basis of the frequency harmonics method, and applied the method on the non-linear mathematical model for the quantitative analysis. Finally, draw conclusions and the future prospects of the research work.In this paper, the main work was based on the working principle of the electromagnetic damper's theoretical study, and made a exploratory research on the non-linear model analysis. Derived on some important parameters' relationship equation and the main expression equation of the design parameters. All of these made the theoretical basis to the further research work, such as the parameters of the design and optimization.
