| Ultrasonic phased array is a unique technique on ultrasonic testing, liking phased array radar,sonar and other wave physics principle. Every element of ultrasonic phased array is regarded as a line source in cylindrical wave. To make phase and amplitude synchronization in a planning point by controlling time every element excited will make all beam deflection focusing and improve sensitivity. What is more, we can control the characteristics of focal point, which greatly improve the efficiency of detection. So ultrasonic phased array is being a hot in NDT now.This paper uses Matlab and Tc to simulate sound field, and gets space radiation field distribution of rectangular, square single-element transducer and linear transducer array. Also we simulate sound field of the linear transducer Phased Array, and further use dynamic photoelasticity systems to research array transducer on the distribution of the sound field, which has laid a good foundation for the follow-up experimental work. Putting forward a simple ultrasound phased array detection method which using digital synthesis focused instead of phased array dynamic focus to avoid the delay circuit design. We have designed a set of 22 elements of the Phased Array experimental system, by testing the IIW, which can get fairly good results, and proved the feasibility of the method. |
