The cylinder is the key part of missile unfolding device .The study of the missile unfolding device is made with a lot of man and source to meet modern air combat in domestic and world. In this thesis, aiming at capability problems of the cylinder in the missile unfolding device, the essential study is made to provide the scientific method for the design and lifespan forecast of The cylinder.The thesis mainly contains:The multi-body dynamic three-dimension simulation analysis model of The cylinder is made based on software ADAMS according to the configuration of The cylinder,ejection gas pressure and the work environment. And the kinetic and dynamic calculation of The cylinder is made based on software ADAMS during the whole ejection process. The data is gotten and analyzed correspondingly such as displacement in whole ejection process and ejection velocity, ejection separation time under different ejection gas pressure.The FEA (Finite Element Analysis) three-dimension model is made for the deformation and contact pressure analysis of The cylinder during the whole ejection process. The The cylinder finite element calculation is made with software ADAMS. The data is gotten and analyzed such as the contact pressure and residual plastic deformation during one whole ejection process and on different ejection gas pressure.The dynamic analysis method and FEA method of the cylinder in missile unfolding device is feasible and available for the calculation of The cylinder plastic deformation and contact pressure in this paper. To some extent, the calculation, analysis and results are helpful to the The cylinder design and engineering application. These can help the future research in theory and application of ejection thin-walled ram group.
