As a kind of ground improvement technology, soil cement pile has a wide range of applications in engineering constructions. Soil cement pile under the rigid foundation has been more in-depth test researches and more systemic design methods. With the different foundation stiffness, there are the bigger differences on load transfer law, strength and deformation of soil cement pile composite foundation between under the flexible foundation and under the rigid foundation. And now the studies on soil cement pile composite foundation under the flexible foundation have been still less systematic and comprehensive.Using ANSYS FE program, load transferring law, stress ratio of pile-soil and settlement of soil cement pile composite foundation under flexible foundation are analyzed. The influences of modulus of pile, modulus of soil, modulus of cushion, length of pile and load on load transferring law, stress ratio of pile-soil and settlement are discussed.The results show that: in soil cement pile composite foundation under the flexible foundation , pile side has negative friction within the certain depth; modulus of pile-soil, length of pile, load and modulus of cushion have different impact levels to the distribution of frictional resistance and axial stress of pile. The influences of modulus of pile-soil, load and modulus of cushion are more notable. With the increment of stress ratio of pile-soil and modulus of cushion, stress ratio of pile-soil is also increased. Compared with the rigid foundation, stress ratio of pile-soil under the flexible foundation is relatively small. The total settlement of soil cement pile composite foundation is less than that of natural foundation, and settlement of the consolidation district is less than that of natural foundation of identical depth with the consolidation district. The action of decreasing settlement for soil cement pile composite foundation is mainly reflected in settlement decrease of consolidation district. The settlement for soil cement pile composite foundation is mainly affected by modulus of pile, modulus of substratum, length of pile and load.
