Along with the deepness of marketing degree in the power industry, the across district electric power trades increase constantly, and power distribution become more random, which intensively challenges the existing technologies of security constrained dispatching (SCD) of the power system. Based on the basic theory of the power circuit, this paper analyzes the distribution of the power from electrical sources, educes the branch power linear expression, constructs the theory elements of the power flow linear analyses, and also advances a new method of SCD, which uses a mixed algorithm to deal with the model which integrates equal and opposite adjustment in pairs method with primal-dual interior point method. The IEEE-39 system examples and comparison with traditional algorithms demonstrate that the algorithm proposed can solve the real-time security constrained dispatching problem exactly and efficiently.
