With the development of Power-Micro Electro Mechanical System, micro-scale combustion is studied to meet the requirement of Power-MEMS with high energy density and long life in automobile, electricity, aviation , military field and so on. It is of great significance to the development of our country's science, technology and economy. At the beginning of its study from the middle of the 1990's, there are still a number of scientific and technical problem needs to be resolved.This thesis focuses on hydrogen and air premixed combustion characteristic and stability in micro-scale tube. Some work was developed with numerical simulation methods. First, several possible using methods of micro-scale combustion were described; Secondly, recently research status of micro-scale combustion were reviewed at home and abroad; Thirdly, problems on micro-scale combustion research, which will be faced with of was analyzed and summarized; Finally, three-dimension numerical simulation of hydrogen and air premixed combustion in micro-scale tube was studied, some results with science meaning and reference value were gained. The main content of this paper is as follows:(1) The physics and mathematics model were established in consideration of micro-scale combustion characteristics, especially after analyzing micro heat transfer process, micro heat transfer model was established.(2) Three dimension numerical simulation of hydrogen and air premixed combustion in micro-scale tube was performed, and characteristics of micro combustion was analyzed.(3) The effects of factors on combustion in micro-scale tube was researched with changing parameter. variety disciplinarian of combustion characteristics and stability in micro-scale tube was gained according to the numerical simulation results.some basic researches have been done on combustion characteristics and stability in micro-scale tube. Through choosing appropriate combustion chamber geometry shape, wall material, initial condition and controlling heat loss can achieve stability combustion in micro-scale tube, supplying theoretic gist and reference value for further designing and optimizing micro-scale combustion chamber.
