This dissertation presents S-GSHP (solar - ground source heat pump) system which is applied in North China, where the heating load in winter and cooling load in summer are uneven throughout the year. The solar energy is used for heating supplemented by ground source in winter, and ground source is used only for cooling in summer. The ground-source heat pump system is too large in size, and the ground temperature field is difficult to renew for the imbalance load. The solar system can not satisfy the cooling requirements in summer. The S-GSHP can avoid these shortcomings.Based on a villa in Beijing which is applied the system, in different air temperature, radiation intensity and other conditions, various operation modes are presented on the assumption that the heat pump operating performance and efficiency and other factors are relative stability. To meet the building's heating and cooling loads and a good recovery of the ground temperature field, the dissertation carries out the simulation research of one year running on the establishment of operation modes.The paper calculates the annual dynamic load by the software of Dest, and then designs the collector's area size and the borehole heat exchanger's length according to 60% of the assurance factor of solar energy, the local solar radiation intensity, outdoor temperature and other factors. Through programming the dynamic operation of the system by Matlab, the numerical simulation get some conclusions which include the operating time and conversion conditions of every models, loads of the sources, changes of the main parameters in the process and others. The article descriptes the applicability of the S-GSHP system used in the North China and other region where hoting and colding load are imbalance.The simulation research of the dissertation closely associates the heat pump system with the actual building and it is the exploration research on the S-GSHP system's application in North China. The paper provides a reference for the design method and practical engineering in future.
