Discussion On Technical Regulations Of The Social Behaviors In Public Space

Along with the social progress, especially the development of the technology, and more frequent communion. many new social problems come out, particularly some indelicate acts in public places raise everyone's concern. For example : When crossing the road, people do not comply with traffic regulations ,and so on.These acts not only make our life inconvenience, but also affect the visualize of our city .In the face of such acts, the media and public opinion says that" people must enhance their quality ", some others resort to amending the law. But the phenomenon does not Improved just because these efforts. So we find that the original moral and legal all have three limits. Form demonstration, we bring forward a new behavior criterion, called Technical Regulations, side-by-side with traditional ones. Technical factors are not mystery, including Some means of transportation we talked here, like traffic light in crossroad,guard line in Business Hall, and so on.Because we haven't theorization these ideas of establishment, some ones existed are unscientific. What we wanna talking in this paper are established in this new point of view, through some exemplification, demonstrate the feasibility of the Technical Regulations. This is in view of this consideration which, in the hope that they can give us more perspective on this issue.This thesis mainly includes the following several parts:In the part of the introduction, there are presentations of Researching Background,the sense,the summarize,the investigative method and main content about it.Chapter one, Discussing the different history of two behaviors criterion between china and west society, analyzing the different Social Background of them.Chapter two, Discoursing on the characteristic of new behaviors in Traditional Space and new coming spaces, show the limit of Traditional behaviors criterion and the necessary of Technical Regulations in detail.Chapter three, Taking the street, this Traditional space, as a main exemplification, Using case to explain the limits of morality,law and traffic conservator, simultaneity, Point out the unscientific of some establishment in existence, for showing the necessary of theorization the Technical Regulations.Chapter four, taking the bus,Business Hall,some occasion indoor(especially the assembly room,Perform Hall) as an example of the new coming space, the characteristic of these spaces are comparatively obturating,and the behaviors in these spaces are singularityChapter five, summarizing the analyse of the theoretic and demonstration, we can see that each criterion are based on its adjusted range. When Public Space,Public Behavior,personal Space, personal Behavior across each other, there is different criterion adjusting them. The Technical Regulations we talked here is the criterion adjusting the personal Behavior taken place in Public Space, it is the new member of the family.In the part of the conclusion, we talk about the main social background the western society-burghal society. Because it is not the key point of the paper, so we just mention it at the end of the article. In our country, if we want to effect a radical cure of these phenomenon, it depend on the form of the main environment. What we can do is just trying our best to improve, before it built.
