Through the analysis of the current research about anti-shearing strength domestic and international, and the distinct characteristics of gravel-soil in Xinjiang region such as large salt contented, sharp chemical cementation effect etc., put forward nowadays the values of c &φgetting by usual calculationg method are difficult to represent the real one. With the scene of large direct shear test Auxiliary the large number of inverse engineering-analysis of c &φparameters, which is a economical and effective method to solve such problems. This paper mainly on the following several aspects of the work. Firstly, this paper on the scene to collect large direct shear test data for least square method & multiple linear regression analysis, the shear strength c,φthe initial value of the reference ranges will be getting. Secondly, using BP artificial neural networks to establish the anti-displacement calculation model for deep excavation of gravel soil in Xinjiang.More over, by Bishop Method of calculating the overall stability, this paper put forwards the relations between the limit high slope of gravel soils and slope coefficient without supporting in Xinjiang. At last part, the large-scale finite element software ANSYS10.0 & FLAC-2D would be use to verify conclusions, the conclusion is that the scientific and feasible.
