Study Inter-city Train Fares And Running Time Under The Conditions Of Multi-modal Transport Inter-city

With the development of national economy, China's urbanization has been improved continuously, the requirement of inter-city transport has developed diversifiedly, and transport market has undergone profound changes. The competition structure of different inter-city transport forms has been gradually formed, among which the three main forms that named respectively inter-city trains, highways and civil aviation are competing more and more fierce. As a result of the replacement of different transport products, there will be a stable balance of passengers' allocation among different transport forms.The service characteristics of inter-city transport are not only important to passenger-flow direction, but also helpful to improve economic return of transport sector. Based on this, this article starts from travel time and fares, and emphasize on the identification of inter-city trains' travel time and fares in the inter-city transport market.This article uses inter-city passenger transport systems as study target. Adopting the idea of systematic analysis and the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, it discusses the service characteristics of each transport forms included in the inter-city transport system.According to the analysis of inter-city passenger-flow, this article utilizes variational inequalities sensitivity analysis and two-level programming method, establishes analyzing models, achieves data calculation procedurally under the help of matlab program, and sets the travel time "and fares of inter-city train on the condition of multi-pattern inter-city transport. Additionally, this article uses Monte Carlo simulation software to analyze decision-making risks, so as to provide more decision-making basis for decision makers.This article uses Sichuan-Chongqing Economic Circle as practical case. According to market investigation, it adopts spss software to make data statistical analysis, and study passengers' consuming action of choosing transport forms. Under the help of the abovementioned theories, this article analyzes passenger-flow characteristics and then carries out sensitivity analysis on some factors such as travel time and fares in different transport forms. Finally, by analysis of numerical value in the case, this article has the chance to set the best fares and travel time of Sichuan-Chongqing inter-city train, which will validate the correctness and practicability of theories.
