As the development of economic, the jam of city traffic is getting worse, which affects people's daily work and life seriously. The underground have many advantages such as fast-speed, short-distance-stop, start-break-frequently, so as to become an efficient traffic mode which can speed up the city's transportation. Braking is the key technology of the urban rail transit system. At the beginning development of the underground train, the braking was relied on the resistor braking which consume the power from electrical braking. As the development of power electricity component manufacturing, how to use the rebirth power reasonably, efficiently and economically is becoming a hot spot.After some introductions on urban underground development, power supply mode and technology, this paper set up a simulation model which is based on the practice project data and VC++ language. The model consists of catenary, rail, collection net of stray current and ground, which can simulate the whole system as a dynamic net. And the four sub-models can be simulate accurately as well. The examples is based on adjusting the train diagram, comparing the power saving result of the second side of traction substation in situations of using regenerative braking or not. Then it analysis factors which affect rebirth power, and the economic benefits being calculated too. Finally, it analysis the energy saving rate and economic of the ideal energy storage device of the traction substation under the background of development of the energy storage device.
