The Design Of Surface In Interior Space

Interior space is one of the most prime parts of the architectural space. Its surfaces design is the continuation of architecture design. Along with the development of contemporary western architecture design, the comprehension of architecture design, which is now more profound, is worthy of our learning and reference. The thesis makes a brief historical retrospect of interior spaces. Basis on the alanysis of some typical examples in western contemporary interior spaces, this article sums up the usages of the surfaces and the tendencies to the development in interiors spaces. Hope such consideration could lead us to a better understanding of the background and the principle of the usage of surfaces. And could contribute some significative methods to our architectural practice in the future.This paper includes four chapters which divide into three parts:The first part (first chapter) proposed the paper's research object, the research content, the research method, the research goal and the significance.The second part (second to third chapter) makes a brief historical retrospect of interior spaces. Illustrated with some typical examples, this chapter sums up the usages of the surfaces in interiors spaces.In the third part (forth chapter), combined with my own design experiences, the article points out the problems of the interior design in our country, and put forward the proposal.
