Then we arouse the discussion of proper dispose on the general sailing ability. Moreover, we offer a detailed design method and calculating result of different dispose, and definitely provide a reference for the draft of its design proposal.3.The marine condition and seakeeping ability of its application: According to the multiformity of the operating mode,we analysis the seakeeping index of the catamaran form adopted, and ensure the worst sea condition of this oil recovery ship.
