The Research Of Integrative Protector For Electromotor Based On AT91RM9200

An electromotor integrative protector is a kind of apparatus which can detect the mulfuction of the electromotor when it works and then finish the corresponding protective action. It applies in the field of industry control.The paper introduces a type of research and accomplishment mainly on the integrative protector for electromotor based on AT91RM9200. The paper includes the process of hardware circuit design and U-BOOT together with the transplant of Linux operating system.Firstly, complete the hardware circuit design: based on the 32 bit MCU AT91RM9200, which is the core of the control, we also add some peripherally circuit such as: FLASH, LCM, KEYBOARD so that we can achieve the goal of programme storage, LCD display and man-machine communication. We also design a debug circuit named WIGGLER JTAG, which can debug on-line, that shortens the debug time of the system software.Secondly, introduce the system structure of the U-BOOT and its transplant process to target board. Because U-BOOT is the lead programme of Linux operating system and also do the initialization job for the primary hardware of the system. So its transplant is especially importanted , in addition, U-BOOT depend on different hardware platform, so different embedded design has different U-BOOT, and then, the modification of the programme to target board also is a complex and crucial work we must do.After that, we research on the transplant of Linux operating system to the target board, introduce the structure system of Linux kernel file and the cross-compile environment that embedded design needed and the whole transplant process of Linux kernel. Linux is a kind of excellent real time operating system and it also is a kind of operating system that applies in the field of embedded system far-ranging. Its'editable and open source code trait make the development of embedded system easier and more efficient.Finally, we show the system hardware pictures.
