Because the Motor Gasohol has the advantage of low pollution and energy saving, it is vigorously popularized. Based on the experience of centralized control system and model simulink, this paper introduced the design method and implementation process of an accurate fuel delivery automation control system in one tank farm in the decentralized form. As an engineering project, it needs not only the circuit and control method designing, but also concern about the filed situation and project price. The design brings forward some better control methods through extensive research on similar projects and previous experience. For example, on one side, the controller adopts the pulse-capture method to calculate the pulse width, and uses the fuzzy control method. On another, the communication method based on the model of MODBUS TCP client /server, and shows a better result after experiment.Chapter 1 describes the background and implementation etc. of the accurate fuel delivery automation control system, in order to introduce the decentralized design. Chapter 2 tells the main problems and how the operation works, meanwhile shows the reason of water hammer. Chapter 3 is the conclusion about the Sinopec LinYi fuel delivery centralized control system. This chapter also introduces the problems in the control process and tells what should be improved. Chapter 4 establishes the pipe simulink model and got the frequency response result in extreme situation, which shows the fuzzy control method should be available. Chapter 5 fully introduces the controller of the decentralized control system, mainly about the design scheme, the implementation method etc., which includes the controller design, the principle about the MODBUS TCP network implementation and program flow chart. Chapter 6 is the implementation about the PC program design, and the experiment result. The last chapter is the project conclusion.
