In recent years, the use of wind power is exploited rapidly in the world, the rated power of wind turbine is larger and larger, so the dynamic problems of wind turbine tower is more and more extrusive. Through analyzing and summarizing existing theory results, the dynamic problems of wind turbine tower are researched in the paper, including calculating natural characteristic of tower, stability analysis of wind turbine generator system, design method of anti-fatigue and considerable loads on the tower. Then finite element program is composed with C++ to analyze structure of wind turbine tower, including static analyzing and mode analyzing. At last, the program composed is certified by analyzing a wind turbine tower with Ansys9.0.A whole system tower considering the effect of blades and nacelle is modeling. Blade adopts beam element for the moment; nacelle adopts lump mass element; tower member adopts link element; blades and tower members are connected by beam element. The data of structure are input and saved by Access database, analyzing parameters are interactively input. The results are output to Access database and text file, furthermore, the results can be output to DXF file to be viewed by AutoCAD.The wind power is exploited in china quite late, so the technology of wind power using in China falls behind developed countries. At present, the research focuses on aerodyneamic characteristic of blade; the research on the tower structure is quit few. This thesis researches wind turbine tower structure, and composes program to assist theory research. We want to build a research platform of wind turbine tower in order to compact solid foundation for research in the future.
