Research Of The Liquid Floated Pendulous Accelerometer Temperature Control System

Accelerometer is the main inertia measurement device of inertia measurement and navigation system, it's mainly used to measure the acceleration of carrier, and we can get the velocity and displacement of carrier from acceleration, so it's wildly used in spaceflight, avigation, navigation and other fields, the capabilities of accelerometer are of the key function in the whole system. In order to guarantee the stabilization of system, many parameters of the accelerometer's capabilities have to be tested in a stable environment. So it's a key for guarantee inertia instrument high precision and stability to setup a temperature field of stabilization and symmetrical. In order to improve the precision and efficiency, the research of accelerometer temperature control system is of great significance.This paper starts the research of the liquid floated pendulous accelerometer temperature control system according to the engineering. At first, this paper gives the detailed introduction of the history and present status of accelerometer and its the working principium and effect the liquid floated pendulous accelerometer on temperature, considering characteristic of accelerometer temperature control system, Fuzzy+PID complex control strategy is adopted. While warp is bigger than 5 oC , Fuzzy control is adopted. Otherwise PID control is adopted.According to TMS320VC5409DSP, the paper designs on the hardware circuit of the temperature control system. The hardware includes the sample and amplifies of temperature signal, the realization of power circuit and DSP and peripheral equipment. Peripheral equipment includes interface circuit of DSP with A/D and D/A, decoding and reset system and power supply circuit. Finally, using the graphics program language LabVIEW which is designed for testing field especially by NI accomplishes the software design of testing and control system,realized the control functions.
