Aiming at the characteristics of the large-scale firepower onrush, combining with the constraints of the firepower deployment, the problems of optimal deploying trajectory and allocating setting time of the missiles were resolved by the systems analysis methods. For the optimal trajectory deployment, a new algorithm-OTRD (Optimal Trajectory Deployment) was proposed, which adopts the thinking of system engineering and pursuits the global optimization. It allocates the target by the reversal sequencing way of target-position-unit following the constraints of the target. Allocate position and missile for targets by the way that first allocated whose number of available positions is least. Allocate the position for the target by the"up-down ratio"strategy, which is a optimal trajectory selection strategy. Allocated unit that is in the territory where the position locates by the constraint of missile's type. The optimal setting time allocation is a"Hamilton circuit problem", because of the constraints of matrix of safe flying time. A new algorithm-OSTA (Optimal Setting time Allocation) was explored to resolve the problem. It uses thinking of state transferring and bound and branch, for the first time advances two new concepts:"natural strike scheme"and"forced allocating set". The algorithm searches the better scheme under the status that there has a scheme, and litters the scheme whose objective value is bad by the thinking of bound and branch. In this way, it reduces the time complexity."Forced allocating set"is used when there are some missiles unable to set safely. It first assures that units in the set are as safe as possible and the units following are safe either. The result shows that OTRD and OSTA could efficiently solve the problem of optimal deploying trajectory and allocating setting time of the missile. They both increase efficiency and veracity of decision, and advance existing units'deployment and usability by the fixed performance of units.
