| The serum cancer diagnosis instrument of laser-induced fluorescence spectroscopy and Raman spectrum of serum for diagnosis of cancer was designed in this paper. According to the character that the spectrum of serum can reflect the changes of the Fluorescent materials'components,structure and micro environment, we designed the serum cancer diagnosis instrument. On the basis of the functions we want to realize, we design the whole system.The whole system is mainly divided into three brunch systems: control system, laser source, and detect system. We design each brunch separately, such as the selection of the primary component and the connection of concrete circuit. The core of the whole system is control system.We use PLC as the core of control system to control the scanning motor and the wavelength choosing motor, on the other hand to communicate with the computer and communication between user and the LCD. Otherwise, we choose AC1059 A/D card to design the port between the computer and other brunch systems. Aim to choosing the laser source and the magnifying circuit,we design laser source system and detect system. Through testing and debugging the whole system for many times, choose the parameters of important part in order to make the instrument work in the best state.In order to erase the burrs of the atlas, we use the progressive mean method combining with the least square smoothing method to smooth the data. We optimize the software, so it will fit for colleting the data much better. At last, we choose the principal component analysis method to deal with the final data, then the diagnose results will meet the actual demands more.We examine the hardware of the device through experiments and compare the algorithms of its software. The results show that the system design scheme is feasible. It can obtain perfect performance. |
