Long with this years,in order to make sure the power lines working safely and reduce the Production cost,the power company of Liaohe oilfield introduces 1.14kV supply/distribution power system.l.14kV system could reduce the power loss by preventing the phenomenon form stealing power energy efficient.Non-effective grounding method is used in the system,this method's biggest advantage is that when single-phase-grounded fault occurs,the line-voltage remain unchanged,so the power supply also can remain unchanged.But in this condition,it is very difficult to make fault-line selection because of the weak fault signal in non-effective grounding system.This phenomenon not only leads equipment to run time error,but also lead person to be injured so much as die.At present,the single-phase earth-fault line selection set in No-effective grounding system has two control ways:Industrial Personal Computer and the MCU.But the device based on Industrial Personal Computer is expensive,and it has some damageable components.Whereas,the MCU has some merits,such as its low cost,predominant dependability and simple operation.After single phase ground connection happened in 1.14 kV system,because system is small,the voltage grade is low,the ground connection malfunction electric current is very small,bring certain difficulty to fault-line selections. Therefore,study on driving the single-phase earth-fault in ineffective grounding systems based on the MCU moving towards deepening constantly has fine economy and social benefits.In this article,we analysed and summarized all kinds of grounded fault information and grounded fault character in Non-effective grounding system for solving 1.14 supply/distribution power system.We compared and evaluated all kinds of current common arithmetic.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of these various arithmetic,the method of synthesis fault-line selection and successive fault-line selection as the gist of fault-line selection are dopted. Based on system function analysis,we advanced the single-phase earth-fault line selection device in Non-effective grounding system based on the nucleus C8051F120MCU, designed hardware and software which constituted every module,and meanwhile adopted the technology of anti-jamming.By adopting design principle of modularization and delamination,expandability and reliability of the device was advanced on the basis of guaranteeing reliability of its running.
