The electrical machinery is one kind of power equipment that is the most widespread modern society produces, the electrical machinery whether moves normally has the significant influence to the industrial production as well as our normal life. If we can design one kind of software, it can judge electrical machinery's running condition when the electrical machinery moves, discovers the motor failure promptly, then intervenes, replaces the electrical machinery, and avoids a bigger loss. Therefore, it appears very essential to the electrical machinery's breakdown diagnosis and the monitor, particularly the large-scale electrical machinery which is used in the modernized production. Not remove the breakdown promptly, it will cause the losses which never recall.Therefore, this paper has developed a set of motor failure diagnosis software, this software can examine the electrical machinery's condition signal facilitately.Through the signal analysis and processing, then draws the conclusion, judges the electrical machinery whether breakdown and the breakdown type, reduces the nonessential loss with the aim of servicing and the replacing promptly.In view of asynchronous motor's work principle, according to the massive literature material and the scene investigation,this paper analysis systemly the breakdown which is often appeared in the electrical machinery work,for example the rotor and strip broke, the stator winding to short-circuit, the rotor not balanced and so on.And this paper also analysis the breakdown mechanism, determines each kind of malfunction characteristic parameter. Afterwards this paper researches the condition monitor and the breakdown diagnosis technology, determines the condition monitor and the breakdown diagnosis parameter as the basises of the vibratory signal and the electricity parameter signal.And research the measured signals about the time domain peak-to-peak value analysis and the frequency range analysis, then withdrew the electrical machinery's malfunction parameter, and monitor and diagnosis according to this parameter to electrical machinery's running condition. Finally designs a set of electrical machinery condition examination and the failure diagnosis software using the Matlab software study.
