The charging characteristics of the full power hydraulic braking system have important influence on the travel safe performances of construction vehicles. The main effect of the charging valve is to providing liquid for the accumulator, and keeping the pressure within certain range, and satisfying safes demand of braking systems with the accumulator on vehicles. Only when the related factors in the charging valve are kept under control during the charging, can the design and match of braking system and the general property of it be basically anticipated and analyzed. On the basis of structure and performance analysis of the new accumulator charging valve, a mathematical model of charging characteristics in full power hydraulic braking system is established, and simulation analytic characteristics for the charging valve and the power consume for the braking system are conducted. Also learned are the rules with which the system parameters and the valve structure parameters affect the charging characteristics while the charging is going on. The simulating model is verified by experiments. The results have laid the foundation for analyzing and parts matching.The charging process of charging valve is completed through controlling the system pressure and coordinately matching with the accumulator. Controlling accurately the switching time and dynamic characteristic rules of the pressure and flow during the charging may reasonably match and control the charging valve, pump and accumulator, and provide the basis for the design and development of the charging valve. The analysis result indicated that structure parameters of the charging valve affect greatly the system match and the power consume, but the charging process has very small influence to the other hydraulic system.Loss of hydraulic components fever seriously impact on the system performance level. This paper computes the fever of charging and non-charging state, and the results indicate that the parameter determined satisfied requests.According to the simulation results, the valve structure parameters are revised repeatedly, and a virtual prototype has been designed in 3D modeling software Pro/ENGINEER, and manufactured the sample, and realized the manufacture domestically for the charging check valve to lay the foundation completely as soon as possible.With integrating the fundamental research and experiment, the paper will meet the requirements of dynamic property analysis and research of the charging valve and system, and offer important reference to the design and quality improvement of full power hydraulic braking system in construction vehicles.
