With the development of international economy and increase of energy consumption, energy and environmental problem has already become a common globally interested problem at present. Compared with traditional vapor compression type refrigeration and absorption refrigeration, adsorption refrigeration has a great potential for exploitation. Research and development of high-performance adsorption refrigeration is being paid more and more attention to. Up to now, the real industrialization of adsorption refrigeration machine has not existed. This depends on the improvement of efficiency and reduction of initial cost. Besides using solar energy and waste heat of shipping productively, adsorption refrigeration system can use natural refrigerant and avoid the bigger moving parts, which can reduce noise of the apparatus and maintain conveniently. Therefore, there is a considerable application prospect in adsorption refrigeration. Adsorption refrigeration is a kind of green refrigeration way; it accords with the energy development strategy of "energy conservation and pollution reduction" at present in our country.Waste heat solid adsorption refrigeration system of shipping, which takes chlorine calcium-ammonia as working pairs, is still under researching and a lot of performance of it still remains to study and improve. This text has designed a kind of detachable unit pipe adsorbent bed in order to solve the problem of the ability of adsorption and adsorption fade away, taking chlorine calcium-ammonia as working pairs. On the premise of summarizing ancestors to research results of adsorbent bed, this paper proposes a kind of unit pipe adsorbent bed with internal and external fins, utilizing an abundant extended surface of wing in order to reduce the thermo resistance between adsorbent and adsorbent bed and make the adsorbent temperature in the bed more evenly, which can solve the problem of uneven temperature in the adsorbent bed and unbalanced conduct heat. Utilizing ANSYS to imitate temperature field of unit pipe adsorbent bed with internal and external fins and detailing heat transfer law of unit pipe adsorbent bed with different dimension of fins in order to confirm best dimension of fins, make more heat transfer and heat transfer rate, shorten circulation cycle and improve cycle efficiency. It is of great significance for the research on waste heat solid adsorption refrigeration system of shipping, which takes chlorine calcium-ammonia as working pairs.
