A novel method of synthesizing seismic wave using wavelet is proposed. By adjusting the frequency band energy and taking it as criterion, the formula of synthesizing seismic wave is deduced. Using the design parameters specified in Chinese Seismic Design Code for buildings, seismic waves are synthesized. Moreover, the method of selecting wavelet bases in synthesizing seismic wave and the influence of the damping ratio on synthesizing results are analyzed. The results show that the synthesis seismic waves using wavelet bases can represent the characteristics of the seismic wave as well as the ground characteristic period, and have good time-frequency non-stationary.A novel method of synthesizing fluctuation wind using wavelet reconstruction is firstly proposed and compared with the traditional method of using theory of Fourier transform. By adjusting the frequency band energy and taking it as criterion, the formula of synthesizing s fluctuation wind is deduced. Using computer simulation analysis and the results show that synthesized fluctuation wind is of time frequency Nonstationarity, can reflect the normal characteristic of the fluctuation wind. At the same time, the selecting method of Wavelet bases in synthesizing fluctuation wind and hierarchy number.In the structure vibration control research, the artificial earthquake wave or the actual earthquake wave is usually adopted, but which often is interfered by high frequency noise disturbance such as the Salt and Pepper Noise, the Impulse Noise, the Gauss Noise. So the vibration control effect is affected. In this article a kind of wavelet-pack de-noised treatment method is proposed so as to reduce the high frequency interference and simplify the extraction of earthquake wave effective characteristic vector. Applying the actual earthquake wave and de-noised earthquake wave in the general active control with the LQR control algorithm and using the simulation analysis. The results show that the change of earthquake responds is extremely small using the de-noised earthquake wave comparing with actual earthquake wave, and the control system has a better robustness for interference of the actual earthquake wave.
