Marine structures become more and more, operated in deep water areas, as the development of ocean engineering proceeds. They should anchor in deep water often in long time, which are requested higher anchoring performance comparing with the ordinary ships. Therefore, the research of the different anchor cable's performance in deep water is of great significance.By means of dimensional analysis, this article proves the formula types of anchor cable parameter, and determines the precision of the fitting formulas. Based on this, several parametric equations are pointed out, which are about the catenary factors of unique and combined anchor cables, as a preparation for the following studies.From the fourth chapter, this article from the balanced static load, the absorption moved angle overall analysis anchor chains, the steel cable separately and so on load as well as anchor cable potential energy as well as combines anchor cable's deep water anchorage performance. The result indicated that combines anchor cable's anchorage performance to be best, but the entire anchor chain anchor cable does not suit in the deep water anchors. But in the deep water anchorage, combines the anchor cable and the entire steel cable anchor cable also has the respective question, we should the special details select the most appropriate anchor cable to make sure anchorage safely, effectively, economically.
