Hydroelectricity is one important part of energy production. It has many characteristics such as quick start-up, low operation outlay and low pollution. As one kind of renewable natural resource, hydroelectricity is already regarded as the object which has priority to development. With the productive power and society development, safe and efficient production has been the common target as all trades. As one important part of national product, safe and efficient production which is realized is very urgent. Operational parameters of hydraulic turbine are important marks to judge the hydroelectricity production. Using the advanced methods establish the rational and effective model, build up the rational energy response model to approach and fit the operational parameters, and to use in the operational forecasting of hydro-plant. It is the basic of realizing economic operational mechanism and optimization scheduling, and is the certain require.First, constructional method and training method of artificial neural networks were researched in this paper. With the powerful approximation and memory function, the hydraulic turbine energy response integral model basic on the BP neural network and the CC network were established basic on the field service data of the water-power set in Wan Jia Zhai hydro-plant. In this paper, while researching the energy response and vibration characteristics of considering the tail water pressure pulse,the vibration characteristics model were established basic on the CC network.The researched result indicated that the CC networks was better and it avoid the limitation of BP neural networks.Then, in this paper, auto-processing method of field test data of combination character of the axial-flow turbine was researched basic on combination character test of Huang Bi Zhuang hydro-plant. Basic on the RBF neural networks, the hydraulic turbine combination character model was established. Through the model transform and data optimization method, the auto-processing method of test data of combination character was realized.The researched results, in this paper, can use in the optimum operation of hydro-generator units in the hydro-plant as the operation testimony. It was very important meaning.
