It is very important for persistent development of the society to utilize the powder of stone and trashing polystyrene grain to develop and produce block that expends less energy in Quanzhou .The text systemic studies how the quantity of polystyrene grain effects the intensity of pressure ,the constriction , enthalpy, conductivity and apparent density of the stone-powder concrete ,and brings forward technology measure to adopt proper polystyrene and CEA to improve the constriction of the stone-powder concrete. It develops the empty block that expends less energy through bring in polystyrene and optimize the arrange of the hole .We test conductivity of the wall and the physics and mechanics capability of the block .The primary conclusion is as follows.(1)The fall range of the intensity of pressure of the stone-powder concrete is greater than the former, when the quantity of polystyrene grain increases .When it stays in 1-7days, the quantity of polystyrene grain affects the constriction of the stone-powder concrete little .As the days going , the constriction of the stone-powder concrete is very obviously , the quantity of polystyrene grain which is 60% and 72%.When the quantity of polystyrene grain grows ,the enthalpy of the stone-powder concrete is remarkable down . The ratio of the apparent density and the intensity of pressure of 28days are logarithmic, meanwhile the ratio of the apparent density and the conductivity are linear.(2)When the quantity of polypropylene grain of the stone-powder concrete is uniform, the intensity of pressure of the stone-powder concrete is the best, which contains 0.1% polypropylene. The constriction of the stone-powder concrete which contains 0.3% polypropylene is 2/3 of the concrete without polypropylene. The constriction of the stone-powder concrete which contains 0.1% polypropylene and 12%bulgy material is 2/3 of the concrete without polypropylene and bulgy material .As result, it is very obviously to mix polypropylene and bulgy material to restrict the constriction, moreover it can reduce the cost as a certain extent.(3)Though mixing proper the quantity of polystyrene grain, optimizing the arrange of the hole for extending the path of energy, reducing the thickness of the wall of the block and properly increasing the thickness of the block, we develop polystyrene-grain and stone-powder empty concrete which wastes less energy .It can meet the request that the commonality building consumes less 65% energy than the beforetime ,and the inhabitation building consumes less 50% energy than the beforetime. It can improve the density and intensity of polystyrene-grain and stone-powder empty concrete to increase the ratio of cement and stone-powder, and boost the strength.(4)The first method can easily form heat-bridge and increase the waste of energy .The second method can test the wall very accurately because the energy and temperature is even, and hardly form heat-bridge. The conductivity of the heat-bridge and the area affects obviously the conductivity of the primary wall, through correcting the conductivity of the wall.
