| In the course of cutting, cutting tool with chips and workpieces occur poignancy friction and the result is the wear of cutting tool. The most effective method of the control wear of cutting tool is lubricated. Solid lubrication coat on the surface of cutter is the effective method of dry cutting process, which accords with the requirement of green production. The primary point of this paper has studied the technology of phosphate HSS cutter and solid lubrication coat technology. The major accomplishment and conclusion are as follows:Phosphate coating's surface roughness affects the tribology performance of the solid lubrication coat. The technological parameter of phosphate HSS cutter is: 4.8% zinc oxide, 85% phosphoric acid, 23.8%, water, 71.4%, microcontent copper sulfate, phosphate temperature 90℃and phosphate time 25min. The tribology performance of the solid lubrication coat is good when the surface roughness is Ra2μm~Ra4μm. To design a kind of simple equipment, it is the foundation for popularizing HSS cutter solid lubrication coat technology in factory.The tribology performance of solid lubrication material of Graphite, supramoly and so on are influenced by the environmental humidity, work temperature and composition greatly. Compound solid lubrication coat has fine tribology performance. Research result shows that when solid lubrication material quality ratio is: MoS2: Graphite: Al2O3: Sb2O3 = 7: 4: 2.5: 4, the tribology performance of coat is the best. The greatest influence on tribology performance is Sb2O3, the secondary one is Al2O3.HSS cutter with solid lubrication coat has perfect machinability. Research result shows that the cut force, deformed coefficient and surface roughness using cutter with solid lubricant coat are little than that of using emulsion. The lubrication effect of solid lubrication coat is better than emulsion which raises the cutting tool's cutting performance greatly.This paper simulates three-dimensional cut using finite element analysis software and studies the cutting temperature, cutting force and deform coefficient under different lubrication condition. The research result shows that its change regularity is similar to reality cut experiment.This paper analyzes the lubricate mechanics of solid lubrication coat cutter with the SEM and summarizes the influences on tribology performance from phosphate coating, kind of tribology and the coat composition. |
