Inverter air conditioner can save electricity, reduce the pressure on the power supply, and stimulate the development of other industries. Nowadays, the problems of global energy crisis and environmental issues become more and more important, so its development has tremendous social and economic benefits. The accuracy and real-time property of the communication between indoor and outdoor inverter air conditioner play very important roles for the whole air conditioner system performance. Therefore, the study of inverter air conditioner circuits communication is of great significance on enhancing the successful rate of communication.The thesis first describes the latest international development of the inverter air conditioner in detail, and points out the existing problems of communication. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of some common communication modes, the current loop used as the communication way of inverter air conditioner has been fully affirmed.Secondly, on this basis, extensive simulation studies have been done to improve the reliability of the communication circuit by using PSPICE software. Through the results of simulation and the theoretical analysis of interference causes, the thesis points out the anti-interference technique of communications system: system hardware has targeted anti-interference design, particularly in the power part, the most crucial part; System software uses Cyclical Redundancy Check (CRC) error coding technology which effectively improve communications successful rate. A simulative air-conditioned indoor and outdoor machine platform is built by SCM system.Thirdly, the system apply the anti-interference techniques, and design procedures for the PC by using VisualBasic (VB) language to control the actual operation situation of communication system.It is shown that the system in the instrument-interference environment of insulating oil compression resistance: anti-interference capacity of improved communication circuits is increased, fault-tolerant capabilities have improved and the successful rate of communications greatly increased.
