| Fluid Power Transmission and Control Technology, used compressed air as the working medium, with its advantages of safe, clean and simple structure, has been widely used in various industrial fields, and has absorbed attention from aviation, military equipment in recent years. According to user needs, this paper developed a static, dynamic performance CAT test-bed for high-pressure pneumatic relief valve, to complete the maintenance of the high pressure pneumatic valve before put into use.The high-pressure pneumatic relief valve, which is used to control in a device, has high-pressure working conditions, high- flow, performance of fast-responded, high accuracy of control and wide scope of workBased on performance characteristics of the measured the valve, loaded by pressure cylinders and fast-valve, this paper simulates the flow of the working conditions in the area of low pressure. Through computer-aided testing and dynamic and static performance of the measured valve is successfully tested.A fast-valve piloted by a electromagnetic valve has developed, and through computer simulation and optimization of the design has been done. The rapid opening is of a millisecond action requirement. Low pressure working condition is successfully simulated, through being loaded by pressure cylinders and fast-valve CAT test the design and testing of software testing system and the stability and anti-jamming design CAT testing system and testing software are designed, as well as the stability and anti-jamming design of the testing system.A CAT test-bed for the high-pressure pneumatics relief valve is manufactured, and its dynamic, static characteristics are tested. Test results showed that the test-bed meet the design requirements, and achieve the development goal.In this paper, the CAT test-bed for high-pressure pneumatic valve which is developed provides information for similar performance test. |
