This paper introduces general situation of the research of high frequency link inverter. High density of power and high efficiency is the goal that present-day power electronics converter is pursing. And that high frequency link technology, which is the keystone of the paper, has huge advantage of high density of power and high frequency.The precept that the paper adopts is full-bridge bi-directional voltage model HF-link inverter. The precept is simple and can be realized easily. This paper studies the design and the realization of HF-link inverter based on DSP (Digital Signal Processor) and combined uni-polarity phase-shifted control technique after introducing the circuit topology and the basic principles of voltage model HF-link inverter.Beginning with analyzing the topology structure and the basic principle of voltage mode HF-ink DC/AC inverter, the key technical problems of full-bridge bi-directional HF-link inverter are studied and discussed in detail. The simulation results of full-bridge bi-directional HF-link inverter are analyzed. This establishes the foundation of the theory analysis and argumentation. This paper emphasizes the design and realization of full-bridge bi-directional HF-link inverter, studies the design and the realization of software system based on DSP. The drive signals of the four switches in the former DC/AC converter and of the eight switches in the later cycloconverter are produced by Digital Signal Processing. At the same time,Digital Signal processing control the whole system. So, the whole system control is absolutely digital.After finishing the debugging, the experiment result is analyzed detailedly, and given the conclusion. The experimental waveforms and the result analysis are showed. From the experimental results, the high frequency link inverter power supply has small size and light weight advantages. The power supply has good output waveforms and meets design demands.
