Using the gas turbine to generate electricity has many advantages , such as quick startup,low exhaust,low cost , and so on . Especially as the realization of the project of western gas importing east , gas turbine develops very fast in China. The cycle between gas and steam which is on the basis of gas turbine is also attached importance to because of its neatness and effective performance . Right now there is lots of gas turbine running which uses united cycle all over the world , as China does . As the core of gas turbine ,in the environment of high speed rotating and temperature and press , the rotate easily comes into being vibration problem . The bolt-rotate which is used normally and has low rigidity also easily comes into being problem ,such as distortion,heat instability and so on .Obviously,because of the differences of rotate's structure,crutch,working medium,running style between gas turbine and steam turbine ,it leads the vibration characteristic's difference , we can't use the same way to deal with the vibration problem of them . So the study of rotate's vibration characteristic which contains failure's simulating analysis and research has much significance.By reading lots of date about rotate's structure and failure diagnosis , this subject presents that studying the bolt-rotate's vibration characteristic from numerical count and experiment inspecting , then simulates bolt's loose failure by experiment and gets the signal characteristic and analysis it .At first by contrasting the different rotate of several company , finding the commonness of them which contains moment transferring,bolt's arranging,balance and so on , designs a platform ; secondly , using the software"Marc"establishes the gridding model and computes rotate's mode , which contains the pre-stress's simulation of bolt and the choice of some parameter ; thirdly ,using the vibration inspecting system notes the vibration signal of rotate's ascending and descending process , gets the signal's characteristic by using rotate's dynamics and failure diagnosis , then contrasts it with the computing result ; finally ,simulates bolt's loose failure and gets correlative conclusion .The rotate of gas turbine is different from which the steam turbine has , thus the study of its vibration characteristic is complicated,right now there isn't any article about it . This article unites theory and pratice to study rotate's vibration characteristic and simulate the failure,which is a effective way .In theory using the software computes the vibration characteristic ; meanwhile , designing a platform and doing correlative experiment studies the vibration characteristic in the other hand . The result indicates pre-stress has something relationship with the model and rotate's vibration signal has singular change in the state of pre-stress's dissymmetry . The conclusion is reasonable and repetitive with experiment's prove ,which can be used as reference in rotate's designing and failure diagnosis.
