Water-jet deep penetrating perforating technology is a new technology which adopts high pressure water-jet penetrate the oil formation, to contact between the hole and the formation, in order to achieve the purpose of increasing production. It was extensive in experimentation and testing in domestic oil field. Online dynamic testing of water-jet deep-penetrating machine can effectively reflect working conditions and performance of water-jet deep-penetrating machine. With far-reaching significance in promote advances of domestic independent research of water-jet deep-penetrating technology.Firstly, this paper analyzes and comparative the three currently most widely used methods of detection. Confirmed adopt the displacement tracking and detection method which the test results more precise and the test means more flexible. Subsequently, the displacement tracking and detection method used to Analysis water-jet deep-penetrating detection system. Comparative study photoelectric sensor detection, magnetic sensor detection and ultrasonic sensor detection these types of methods. Discuss the feasibility of the ultrasonic sensor detection program thoroughly. And to design a variety of implementation and installation programs. Further comparative analysis of single-probe and double-probe,built-in and external type different ultrasonic transducer installation. The detection program based on calibration model with the installation of high reliability was proposed. It lays the foundations for the error analysis of ultrasonic sensor detection. This paper also analysis of two of the ultrasonic transmission in air and hydraulic oil medium. And deduced the corresponding the velocity modified formula. Research of how to improve the signal-to-noise ratio,as well as The relationship between receiving wave's trigger front and the measurement accuracy and other issues. Finally focus on the problem of the ultrasonic sensor temperature and humidity compensation. Established based on the"ELMAN"recurrent neural network model. Ensure the overall accuracy of the system.Finally, the paper introduced ultrasonic sensor detection machine from both hardware and software. Online testing system was designed base on 89C51 single-chip system and ultrasonic measurement of distance IC. And compile control procedure in WAVE6000 single-chip software platform. Meanwhile, a visualization of data-processing software was designed by VB6.0. it can provide Succinct,clear and illustrated test results so that Users can directly judge the tool's situation of down-hole operation. Preliminary experimental certification, the application of this research receive good effects, it provide an effective and real evaluation for analysis of working stability of water-jet deep-penetrating equipment.
