Currently, new power plants are manufactured with greater capacity, more complicated structure, higher automation degree. For ensuring electric power system's safe operation and making power quality accorded with index, power plants with 300MW capacity and above all use digital electro-hydraulic control(DEH) system replace of original mechanical hydraulic control system at home and abroad. Now DEH system achieves rotate speed control, load control and synchronization of steam turbine by different control regulation and different system configuration such as PID control, logic control and so on. So the control ability, control effect, adaptability and flexibility of the system has been changed fundamentally, and the automation level of turbo-generator unit has been improved greatly. DEH system has already become an important component of unit load system and even entire power plant controls. So it's important to research the dynamic characteristics of DEH.This thesis builds a DEH modeling and simulation configuration platform of reheat-type unit. The platform adopts combined programming of Delphi and Matlab, uses Matlab/Simulink for configuration and calculating, and uses Delphi for interface. Then it achieves the development of DEH modeling and simulation platform with flexible configuration, precise computing, friendly interface and convenient use by the successful connection between Delphi and Matlab, and provides the necessary simulation experiment and theoretical verification conditions for researching the dynamic characteristics of DEH.According to the ideas of modular modeling, this thesis builds the model and masks it of each part of DEH in Simulink. The information of all models has been saved in the database for the amending of the DEH block library. This research achieves the application of Genetic Algorithms in parameter identification by programming in Matlab and improves the actual effect of parameter identification. The platform interface has been completed in Delphi, and achieves the using of Matlab/simulink in the background. This platform provides functions of system modeling, system simulation, parameter identification, database management and command window.This thesis uses the data of the governor (DEH) test of Songyu power plant unit 4, and does the research of model building, parameter identification and dynamic simulation on this platform. The study result shows that the simulation results on this platform approach the simulation results of the classic governor models, the accuracy of the model can be satisfied, and the applicability of this platform has been validated. This thesis solves the difficult tech problem of data communication connection between Delphi and Matlab, opens a new way for the integration and application of different computer languages. And it establishes the DEH modeling and simulation configuration platform, and provides a good environment for researching the characteristics of DEH.
