Speed-up gearbox for wind power generation plays an important role in wind power generation system, and its vibration condition affects the working condition of wind turbine. So it's very important for wind turbine that noise for speed-up gearbox are detected. The paper designs noise detecting system for speed-up gearbox according to the project of speed-up gearbox detected for ex-factory in Dalian Heavy Industry.Analyze kinematics of Speed-up gearbox and bring forward the scheme of detecting noise, base on analyzing assembly drawing of gearbox and principle of gearbox's vibration. Noise detects sound pressure spectrum, sound intensity spectrum, A sound level and A sound power level, base on XM120 data acquisition module and applying to sound intensity probe, which is made up of two same sound pressure sensor using cross spectrum method. Overall design scheme of system of noise detected and analyzed is brought forward base on scheme of noise detected and the overall objection of integrating the acquisition of vibration, noise and rotating speed, including system design of hardware and software. System design of hardware is including the devices selection and assembly of sensors, data acquisition modules, XM500 gateway module and so on.Software system is developed base on Windows XP platform applying to C~# program language, which is base on the hardware system and software with hardware system. Software system function includes field data acquisition, history data management and data analyzing. Control the hardware system course to do field data acquisition; explain ENTEK database and build device management database and data management database to do history data management; set up the parameters of data acquisition modules to do data analyzing. In the course of developing software, resolve some key questions and make sure the functions of software. Control the course of acquisition system to solve the interface between hardware and software. Set up different configure files to do the acquisition of vibration, noise and rotation speed. Apply to the numerical method of sound pressure to calculate sound pressure spectrum, and apply to the method of cross spectrum to do sound intensity spectrum, and calculate A sound power level according to GB standard. Set up the detected field scheme of sound power detected base on software system. Finishing the design of hardware and software system, do speed-up gearbox detected in the test stand field. All parameters of system detected are right and reach the request of users.
