The mechanical fault diagnosis technology is essential for enterprise to assure the equipment security and normal production, meanwhile, the technology based on analyzing the characteristics of vibration signal is the most widely used and effective diagnostic method. Vibration signal testing system based on computer has been applied more and more in research and production fields, but at present this system is inconvenient on the spot owing to many separated parts, for example, the data acquisition device, the signal processor and the power supplier, that caused the system is very large. At the same time, the existing testing system which has powerful function and highly integrated is hard tospread by reason of its high price.In this dissertation, a multifunction and integrated system which is used to sample and analyze the vibration signal is designed. The system is composed with two parts: hardware and software. The hardware is adopted highly integrated technology which is made of data acquisition device, signal processor and power supplier together, while The software is programmed by Delphi mixing with MATLAB, and the install programmer is designed by Innosetup, The are several module included in the soft including data collecting,filtering,time-domain analysis,frequency-domain analysis,magnitude analysis,plotting and paper operation, etc.In this dissertation, the whole configuration of the system is introduced and debugged, which is comprised of signal processing circuit, data acquisition circuit based on USB interface, parallel I/O expander circuit, power supplier, and acquisition and analytic software, etc.The system can sample and analyze 8channels of displacement and acceleration signal. These analyzing processes include signal collecting, filtering, integrating, demodulating, anti-mixing and A/D conversion. With the integrated system, you just have to choose or input the parameters by the visual interface to control the whole function modules. In conclusion, the system is particularly fit for the testing on the spot on account of its high combination, small volume, light weight, easily operated and portable.
