When building would be constructed, constructions Scheme and the function are based on standard at that time to design. After years, there may be appeared some questions, such as the building do not be satisfy people's requirement of function with technological progress and rise of living standard, the initial design standard do not adopt or the building must be strengthened because of the addition of installation or increasing loads. Facing that, some structure of building must be change. All action of renovation and strengthening building must abide by current standard and specification.The building renovation is on original architecture by changing some of original structure function or adopting a few effective measures to strengthening that and adapting to the new request of a workload. It is comprehensive subject of analysis of dynamic reliability and reproduction theory for existing structures.Reconstruction and reinforcement technology of buildings is one tradition civil engineering specialty. And there are many reasons and way to reconstruction and reinforcement for existing structures, underpinning technology is high difficulty and high risk work. So there is not carelessness during designing and in the process of construction to avoid safety or quality accidents.In this study, Original structure of old building's renovation at No.79, MinSheng Road, NanNing city was introduced. The main body of a book is two contents, one is construction method of anchor jacked pile, another is support design and construction technology of how to disassemble the bearing wall and build the pillar. Practice shows that the renovation job of old building has obtained very well results and has important reference value for similar projects. Main work as follows:1. According to the reconstruction project demands, the reinforced concrete beam which were made under the floor to underpin the load-bearing wall were design and check base on upper load that transmit to beam and to make a feasible underpinning scheme.2. A provisional supporting system was designed according to the request of trimmer beam of load calculation and setting strategies for safety. The provisional system support upper load entirely, when the wall which bear upper load initially were dismantled and Beam column did not play its role of strength alone.3. Design scheme and construction scheme of anchor jacked pile were made according to the reconstruction project and the original building. This anchor jacked pile technology is one of way in supervision and remedy to underpinning. It adopts static pressure way to sink a pole using jack utilizing reaction forces of building deadweight. Anchor jacked pile and soil with foundation bear the load of building together, the building can be consolidate thereby. In recent years, Anchor jacked pile technology get wide use in strengthening dangerous buildings, increasing building floors, rectificating column footings, deep foundation pit support and so on.
