With the rapid developing of the productive forces and science, technology ,the urbanization process is gathering pace, and leading to a growing urban population density. The land surface characteristics of urban is taking place tremendous changes; the wind speed of city is getting smaller and smaller ..., all of this are why temperature is rising. It is intensifying for urban heat island phenomenon to result in a series of more and more obvious hazards.According to the status of the urban heat island at home and abroad and the characteristics and changes in laws, this report develops a pilot program to study the mobile observation experiment with the situation of chongqing city, and we make use of mobile observation experiments to measure the urban heat island of chongqing city in summer, winter and Spring. At the same time, we also analysis space-time characteristics of the chongqing city's heat island, discusses the reason of chongqing city's heat island. At the same time we have a multiple linear regression analysis between the urban heat island effects and the factors of underlying surface, and summarize the equation of Chongqing urban heat island .We hope it can provide some management to a scientific basis for urban planning. In this paper, we also obtained some specific conclusions:Firstly, the characteristics of the urban heat island in chongqing city accord with the traditional theory of heat island, there is a close contact between urban heat island and land use structures.Secondly, the distribution of chongqing city urban heat island has the characteristics of multi-center, and more typical of the strength. Heat Island centers mainly concentrate in the construction-intensive, anthropogenic emissions heat, heavy traffic and industrial zones and they are vicinity, while there will be a clear low heat island effect in some regions that they are water and vegetation in, even they can bring "cold Island "effect.Thirdly, the characteristics of chongqing urban heat island have obvious daily and annual cyclical changes. The period of the largest heat island intensity is from 20:00 to 23:00, and 14:00-15:00 time period followed, 07:00-10: 00 hours of the heat island intensity is smaller, the period of 01:00-03:00 am on the day time to the heat island intensity is minimum. The spring and summer heat island intensity in chongqing is significantly higher than the winter's.Fourthly, the heat island intensity in the rainy day is far less than other weather condition's.Fifthly, according to the 15 multi-season,all-time heat island mobile observation experiment on the typical land structures, we get the average of heat island intensity, and it is used to multiple regression analysis with green rate, impervious rate and building density. We obtain the formula of the average heat island intensity, and the formula is some role of prediction.Finally, the paper also takes some reasonable proposal on to improve urban heat island effect in chongqing Municipality.
