Energy conservation and protection of the environment are the two key issues in all human activities.It is recognized that the lithium bromide absorption chiller has some advantages in the field of environmental protection.But its full potential for using low-temperature heat source has not yet been fully played,and it has broad application prospects for future development.This topic proposes the generator with falling film in the pipe riser in view of the gas claxx low-grade heat source actuation's lithium bromide-peroxide solution absorption type refrigeration. Its characteristic is the lithium bromide solution thin fluid film flows from top to down in the pipe riser.And the gas heat source is a external heat source.In this way,it is advantageous for the addition rib piece to realize the strengthened heat transfer.The lithium bromide unit generator's under different density operating condition heat-transfer property,is always the focal point question which the people pay more attentions.Regarding this,we carried on the lithium bromide unit to fall the membrane generator different importing density in the heat-transfer property experimental study.According to analyse the characteristic of the lithium bromide unit and the falling film fluent,we design the fixed importing fluid position experiment operating mode scope:Heat flux is10kW/m225kW/m2,solution import density is50%58%.This article obtains the rate of volume flow and the Re number connection type through the dimensional analysis.The membrane's importing current capacity is also identified,and obtained the relationship of the importing current capacity and the intake temperature,the solution kinematic viscosity: V = 0.0196t0.1594υ-0.3643.The experiment obtained the falling film heat transfer coefficient,the deflation scope,the freezing mixture steam output under the different density and the heat load.The experimental result indicated that the falling film heat transfer coefficient reduces,when the heat flow density increases in the condition of laminar falls.The deflation scope and the freezing mixture steam quantity increases along with the density reduces and increases along with the heat flux obviously increases.This paper analysed the data measured.Through the multi-dimensional linear regression,we obtain the heat transfer coefficient connection type when the laminar falls film (Re<500): hm = 77.3469Win-0.8058qw0.2422.Through the significance examination,the value of F and duplicate correlation coefficient R in the equation is 106.6097 and 0.9624 respectively.The deviation of predicted value and the actual value of the regression equation's is±5.01%, the equation has a strong significance.This experimental study is suitable to the practical project.The equation of the heat transfer coefficient of the fall membrane generator in the pipe obtained by the experiment obtains can provide the reference for the engineering design.
