Tilt-Rotor aircraft is a new type aircraft with a brilliant future. The flight safety of the aircraft is mainly the responsibility of the built-in flight control system. So, how to build a tilt-Rotor aircraft fight control system and make it work better are the questions for all developers.In this paper, a set of tools were built to facilitate developing flight control system for tilt-rotor aircraft. Firstly, as the kernel of all these tools, a full variable tilt-rotor flight dynamic math model is built. This math model could be considered as a virtual develop object and design the contol law base on it, or combined with the control law to do the fly simulation test in full flight envelop for the validation purpose. Secondly, all the test data would be recorded to files, and be replay in a 3D visual environment, facilitate developers to find the defect of the prototype. The entire finished product is a 3D visual flight control test system which can be used to analyse the tilt-rotor aircraft flight features and to valid control law.Computer simulation test can be a fast and effective substitution of the real experiment, and 3D visual test data playback method provide a better way to anlyse the data. This system will enhance the work efficiency of the development and improve the quality of the products.
