High-speed and heavy-haul transportaion are the two main development directions for China railway. Now,a large much of high-speed railway was built in China,which was good condition for increasing the speed of passenger car and freight car. It is necessary to improve upon the speed of freight car so that reduce the dispersion of speed between passenger and freight car. In order to take full advantage of the high-speed railway transport capacity,the rapid speed freight train should be applied,and the rapid speed wagon for commercialization have been successfully applied in abroad.Researching and manufacturing the bogie of rapid speed wagon is one of the key technologies for the rapid speed wagon. At present, the speed of 160km/h wagon for commercialization have't been successfully developed in China. The main reason is lack of the bogie of rapid speed wagon with mature technology,security and reliability,excellent properties. In order to come ture security,rapid,high efficiency and economical transportaion,it is very urgency to comprehensive reaserch the key technologies for rapid speed wagon. So according to the technical requirement for the rapid speed wagon,this paper take the lead in researching the key technologies,such as axle-load,wheel diameter,suspension parameter and so on, providing theoretical basis for development the bogie of rapid speed commercialization wagon in China. therefore,this study has good actual significance and value for engineering application.In this thesis,on the basis of the study of the bogie for successful commercialization in abroad, the exploitation of structure characteristic and research status of the key technologies for the bogie of rapid speed wagon is introduced in current China. According to the technical characteristics and travel requirements, the force condition of the main components of the rapid speed wagon are analyzed, then the set of equations and simulation model in SIMPACK for the rapid speed wagon was established.Used the simulation model,this thesis research the influence of the alxe-load and wheel diameter on the rapid speed wagon,and the suggested optimization values of the axle-load and wheel diameter is put forward. And then, in order to find the main influence of the suspension parameter and its value range,based on these optimization values, the influence of the suspension parameter on the dynamic performance of the rapid speed wagon is comprehensive analyzed in this thesis. Finally,the prediction analysis for the dynamic performance of the rapid speed wagon is completed.The results show that 18t axle-load and 915mm wheel diameter can meet the requirements of the speed of 160km/h wagon and confirme that test type of the bogie with the axle-load and wheel diameter is correct. As the same time, it prove theoretical basis for researching and manufacturing. The results also show that influence relation of suspension parameter of the bogie provide a better theory reference for developing the rapid speed wagon.
