With the improvement of living standard, the increase in energy consumption of HAVC brings the correspondent environmental problems; so decreasing the energy consumption of air-conditioning system has become one of the main tasks in energy consumption in construction. The energy consumption of new air accounts for a large proportion in the energy consumption of air-conditioner air exhaust system. In the buildings with mechanical air exhaust system, how to recycle the energy in the exhausted air effectively so as to reduce the energy consumption of the new air is the problem worthy to be studied. The advantages of Refrigerant Natural Circulation (abbreviated as RNC in the following) heat recovery installation: through using natural circulation power produced by the density difference of liquid state and gaseous state of refrigerant and height difference of heat exchanger, the remaining heat in air exhaust of air-conditioning system can be recycled, which can decrease energy consumption of installation operation obviously; meanwhile, the structure of the installation is simple and the arrangement is flexible. In the northern part, the heat in air exhaust system can be recycled by using this installation to supplement the air in the park. It increases the utilization ratio of the energy and also alleviates the effect of buildings' air exhaust to the environment.In this paper, the stable mathematical model of condensers and evaporator is set up on the basis of distributed-parameter method, and simulation program is worked out, which can meet the demand of project design through the test of experimental data in document. In order to further improve the simulation precision, intelligent simulation is applied in simulation of condenser and evaporator. On the basis of parts model, systematic simulation model of installation is set up. Simulation arithmetic is designed, and system simulation program is worked out and tested on the basis of mass conservation, momentum conservation and energy conservation. The influencing rules of influencing factors such as indoor and outdoor temperature to the RNC heat recovery installation's operation features are analyzed through program simulation.The installation's practical simulation software is worked out in order to set up a foundation for the further development, promotion and application of the installation.
