| In this thesis, according to the theory of potential flow & surface panel method that base on velocity potential, program has been designed to compute the hydrodynamic coefficients and analyze the hydrodynamic performance.To compare with the result of the tail fin, it validated the accuracy and effectiveness of the surface panel method in computing the unsteady motion. At the same time, the impact of the factors is analyzed to the hydrodynamic performance, which are the velocity of the water, frequency, amplitude and phasic.
